My hubby and I went to Barnstaple for the day yesterday and there in the pannier market was a lovely lady making the most fantastic Encaustic art pictures. Well that was it I just had to go and buy some materials to have a go, and I am sharing with you all my first attempt.
I can only dream of becoming as talented as the lady at the market, but am going to enjoy playing and hope I will get better as it is a lot harder than she made it look!

I am sure you will love playing with encaustics... it is a wonderful medium to use - the only limitation is your imagination!
